The png transparency fix should be in CVS, but is there a
time line where the official sdl_image lib is updated?
This png trans part is critical for our crossfire client
(we have about >3500 pngs ) and the folks have of course
problems with cvs checkout.

problems with cvs checkout.
Feel free to make it available to people on your website.
An official release will come later when I have a chance to
look at cross-compiling for Windows and build all the different
platform packages.
