SDL_OPENGLBLIT in win32

I could’nt get it to work. I tried and it dies with no “opengl modes
found”. testgl plain works fine, but with -logo it chokes. Other
demos work fine too, so I know I did’nt break SDL compiling it :).
I’m gonna start looking into it now. If anyone else has gotten
SDL_OPENGLBLIT to work with win32 could you please let the list know.
