SDL_PutPuxel/GetPixel and unrelated asm blit qu

I couldn’t tell you how it’s done, but Windows must have some joystick support
without DirectX, since DirectX came along some time after Win95, and there were
Windows games with joystick support before that time.

OK. I guess I’ll take a look at some DirectInput functions one day. Of
course I have no intention of putting that monster of a lib on my CPU,
but Windows developers might do it.
