SDL_WINDOWID hack in SDL 1.0.7

Hi,

I think that SDL_WINDOWID hack does not work in SDL 1.0.7.
It worked in SDL 1.0.6.

I am using RedHat 6.1 on Intel.

There is no 1.0.7.
