Hi,

is there any way to combine SDL and XVideo? For instance, I’d like to
use Xv attributes to influence SDL surfaces. Is that possible at all? If
yes, how could I get started?

Not at the moment, but you could modify src/video/x11/SDL_x11yuv.c
