Is a precompiled Visual C DLL of smpeg 0.3.2 somewhere available ?

Is a precompiled Visual C DLL of smpeg 0.3.2 somewhere available ?

Someone ported smpeg to Visual C++, but I don’t remember who it was,
and I don’t have the patch lying around.

I believe the changes required was porting mmap() to the equivalent
Win32 functions.
