I use the SDL2-devel-2.30.10-mingw.zip

Why has the size of the DLL increased so noticeably?

It looks like it’s including mingw debug symbols. We’ll fix that.

I’ve updated the mingw development archives with the DLLs from SDL2-2.30.10-win32-*.zip. Thanks for letting us know!
