Added OpenGL support to the map editor, switched to using inline and
added a “time filter”, which seems to reduce jitter significantly on some
machines. (It will probably make things worse on targets with retrace
sync when full frame rate isn’t achieved, though. Can be disabled from
the command line.)

There’s also a Win32 build (cross compiled on Linux) that is tested on
one machine, at least. :wink:
