Anybody know the status of the SDL book by John Hall I pre-ordered
mine from Amazon one month ago and it still has not shipped.
Is there a faster way to get the book?–

It is a mighty helpful newsgroup and would be educational if I copied
and printed everything in the newsgroup, but I was kind of hoping for
a book. There is just something about having a book (can take it too
many wonderful places like bed, bathroom (this is a great place to read
give it a try), beach, school, work, and other places where notebooks
computers should not go). Besides the only book to cover SDL is Linux
Game Programming by Mark Collins, and its really really bad. I have read
the documentation and it is helpful and I am able to make progress but
I am still excited about John Hall’s book. If anyone knows when the final
publish date is that would be helpful.–
