Where can I find the info or examples how to creaye the simple widget
using SDL, for example listbox or textarea?

Sorry, but SDL doesn’t actually have “widgets.” SDL isn’t meant to help
design user interfaces, but rather to be a portable way to do graphics in
general.
You might, instead, want to look at GTK+, or try Googleing for “user
interface libraries”
