SDL 1.3.0-6150 works fine, but when I use 1.3.0-6172 or higher, I see
the following error
/mnt/raid5/home/conathan/.xinitrc: line 11: 19875 Segmentation fault
openbox-session
xinit: connection to X server lost
^M
waiting for X server to shut down urxvt: X connection to ‘:0’ broken,
unable to recover, exiting.
Server terminated successfully (0). Closing log file.
/usr/bin/X: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libLLVMPTXCodeGen.so:
undefined symbol:
_ZN4llvm19MachinePassRegistry6RemoveEPNS_23MachinePassRegistryNodeE
Unfortunately, I am not quite sure where to go from here in tracking it down
Looks like the primary error is openbox-session segfaulting, so not
sure if that LLVM error is a red herring or not… but afaik, the
only program that actively uses LLVM on my system would be Mesa 7.11.2
I’ll try this on a Ubuntu system as well, to see if I could reproduce it.–
