wxWidgets with SDL (and OpenGL)

Does anyone know of a resource for creating
applications that wish to use wxWidgets to manage
things like menus and toolbars, but use SDL to render
something to a smaller area of the window?

The best examples of this I can give are map editors
(for games like Starcraft,) and 3D modeling
applications.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

While we’re on the subject, has anyone ever compared
wxWidgets networking layer to SDL_Net? Just curious.__________________________________
