I have created packages for Xmingw32 cross compiling from Linux to Win32.
These include headers, Xmingw32 “.a”, “.la”, and “.lai” files, the header
files for each package, as well as a windows “.DLL”.
The packages done are:
SDLimage-1.0.2, SDLnet-1.0.1, SDLttf-1.0.0, zlib-1.1.3, libpng-1.0.3 and
freetype-1.2.
